Goal: Build automatic checks that stop relapse before it starts.

  • Day 61–62: Map common relapse triggers (stress, boredom, loneliness) and rank them.
  • Day 63–65: For each trigger, assign a “relapse-proof” action (cold exposure, call partner, physical task).
  • Day 66–68: Automate reminders, phone alarms, calendar events, sticky notes in your space.
  • Day 69–70: Test each action under mild stress. Adjust until each one feels natural.

Outcome: Your system spots danger signs and instantly shifts you into a healthy action.

Week 10: Mentor & Lead

Goal: Solidify mastery by teaching others and modeling change.

  • Day 71–73: Choose someone in early recovery. Share your Phase 1 & 2 tools.
  • Day 74–76: Lead a weekly check-in call or chat. Explain one system principle (input/output, feedback loops).
  • Day 77–79: Gather their questions. Solve their problems using your own system, this deepens your processor.
  • Day 80: Reflect in your journal on how teaching sharpened your skills.

Outcome: Teaching cements your own mastery and creates positive social feedback.

Week 11: Purpose & Vision Integration

Goal: Align daily actions with your deeper purpose.

  • Day 81–82: Write a “90-Day Vision Statement” who you are, what you value, what you build next.
  • Day 83–84: Break that vision into weekly and daily “mission tasks.”
  • Day 85–87: Review each morning: “Which mission task moves me toward my vision?”
  • Day 88–90: Adjust environment, remove anything that distracts you from mission tasks.

Outcome: Your environment and daily outputs become expressions of your purpose.

Week 12: Celebrate & Scale

Goal: Lock in gains and plan for lifelong growth.

  • Day 91: Host your own “30-60-90” milestone celebration, solo or with your circle.
  • Day 92–94: Audit your system: Inputs, processor habits, outputs, feedback loops, environment cues.
  • Day 95–97: Strengthen any weak link, add a new habit stack, tweak a feedback cue, refine your environment.
  • Day 98–100: Draft a 6-month growth plan using the same system model.

Outcome: You finish strong, with a living, breathing system for continued success.

Your Daily Mastery Routine

Morning (Input & Processor)

  • Vision review (1–2 minutes)
  • System check: Are all alarms, calendars, and cues active?
  • Physical primer: Cold head shower (30s) + movement (10m)
  • Accountability partner text or group post

Midday (Output & Feedback)
